• All guests and visitors must be notified of Bromfield Policies
• We request that all occupants be quiet after 11:00pm
• Please obey fire laws posted in rooms which pertain to the number of occupants allowed by law
• No sleep-over or overnight guests are permitted. And no unauthorized parking on the premises
• If there are any issues please contact us. We are often on the premises or call by phone
• Garbage must be securely wrapped in the bags provided and placed in barrels and with lids
• No unauthorized parking is allowed at any time
• All secured trash containers should be put out for curb side pickup after 6:00 PM on Sunday evening. Local trash pickup is every Monday
• Please remove sand before entering the building by using the foot wash near the storage lockers
• Gas grills must be used with caution. Be sure to shut off all gas valves on the grill after each use
• Charcoal grills are not allowed per the Fire Department
• Air conditioners are not allowed on the premises
• A vacuum cleaner can be found in the front hall for your use. Other cleaning materials are available upon your request. Please give proper notice if you are requesting cleaning materials
• Beach chairs should be stored in our outside lockers
• Pets are not allowed. This must be strictly enforced for Insurance, Health and Liability reasons
• There is no smoking allowed in the building. Smoking is permitted on the patio. Please be considerate of others, do not let your smoking interfere with the other guests enjoyment
• Please properly extinguish and dispose of all smoking materials and debris. This is a safety issue
• No linens are provided. Please bring your own and be sure to remove them when check out
• PARKING PASSES - MUST BE RETURNED with YOUR KEY at the end of your visit. Failure to return these items may result in additional charges
